C Technologies seeks a Multi-Media Specialist to provide expert-level visual, graphic, and video production support for various training and branding projects. This role requires a combination of creative and technical skillsets, including graphic design, animation, video production, and photography.
Summary: C Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing graphics, designs, animations, video content, and photographic assets for electronic and printed media, as well as simulator instrument panels and labels.
Responsibilities:
Graphic Design and Branding: * Conceptualize and produce graphics, designs, animations, and copy layouts for various media formats, including electronic, printed content, and simulator instrument panels/labels. * Determine size and arrangement of illustrative materials, style, and type size, and arrange layouts based on visual design principles. * Update and maintain the master graphics media library.
Video Production: * Create new videos following storyboards, determining audio, visual effects, and music requirements. * Capture digital video using professional-grade cameras, lighting, and audio equipment. * Edit video content using computer editing systems, electronic titling systems, and digital video effects units. * Record narrations and integrate audio effects to enhance training videos.
Photography: * Capture photographs to enhance training products using professional camera gear, including SLR cameras, lighting, filters, and lenses. * Adjust subjects, equipment, and lighting to achieve desired photographic effects. * Perform photo editing and manipulation to enhance images.
Creative Development: * Develop and produce 3D media, including models and animations, using multiple software programs. * Provide technical expertise and support for various delivery methods, including CBT, WBT, DVD, video, and print.
Technical Support and Maintenance: * Maintain inventory of specialized equipment and supplies. * Conduct media analysis of instructional materials and update panel graphics used in learning centers. * Ensure all media complies with accessibility standards and is optimized for user experience.
Requirements: * Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Art or an equivalent field. * Five or more years of experience in: Graphic design and branding for training and media projects. Creating web-accessible graphics, images, and online course content. Video production, including scriptwriting, filming, and editing. Professional photography, including photo editing and manipulation. * Proficiency in the latest graphics and digital video editing software packages, such as Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Animate, Media Composer, and Illustrator. * Knowledge of professional cameras, lighting equipment, and digital editing equipment. * Ability to work as part of a production team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred: * Advanced degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
