LHH is currently recruiting for a permanent Marketing Specialist role for our client in the Fort Worth, TX area. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of marketing experience preferably at a financial services company. This is a hybrid role at our client’s office in the Fort Worth area. Responsibilities: Email Marketing: Develop and execute effective email marketing strategies, including segmentation, A/B testing, automation, and performance analysis, to optimize customer engagement and retention. Campaign Execution: Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, paid search, and display advertising, to drive brand awareness and support lead generation efforts. Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content (blogs, social posts, videos, infographics, etc.) that aligns with the company’s brand voice and resonates with the target audience. Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating industry events, webinars, and client meetings, ensuring a seamless experience that reflects our brand and engages attendees. Project Management: Oversee the progress of marketing projects, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure deliverables are met within deadlines. Communicate with stakeholders to align on goals, strategies, and results. Performance Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services or a regulated industry. Proven experience in email marketing, digital campaign execution, content creation, and event coordination. Proficiency with marketing tools such as CRM systems, email platforms, project management software, and social media management tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
