The expected schedule is Tuesday-Saturday, with at least one evening shift. The ideal candidate would possess skills in cataloging and the Interlibrary Loan Services (ILL). *Interviews are expected to be held the week of February 10th. *TARGET HIRING RANGE $26.23 TO $31.48 HOURLY (DOQ)GENERAL SUMMARYPerforms administrative support work providing a variety of responsible library and clerical duties, assisting in the organization of the library and library materials, and related work as apparent or assigned. Works a varied schedule to include days, evenings and weekends. Minimum Qualifications SPECIAL REQUIREMENTSNone EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (TECHNICAL OPTION)High school diploma or GED and one (1) year of customer service experience with at least six (6) months of experience working in a library. Desirable Qualifications Knowledge of and experience with originating and handling incoming and outgoing Interlibrary loans, using the appropriate OCLC program.Knowledge of copy cataloging bibliographic records using the appropriate OCLC program for importing records.Knowledge of and experience with using an ILS in a public library setting (such as Evergreen).
