Senior Content and Social Media Specialist Kaseya is looking for a smart, highly skilled and creative Social Media Specialist with at least two years of experience to add to its global recruiter marketing team.
You will need to have strong corporate communication and social media skills in order to effectively support Kaseya’s overall brand reputation across all its entities and help build positive community relationships and engagement across multiple online platforms and external communication tools.
A successful social media specialist at Kaseya will be able to collaborate, coordinate, and drive online engagement strategies that build the positive reputation of the Kaseya family of brands globally as well as work on corporate communications initiatives to drive customer awareness and positive sentiment about Kaseya’s vision, strategy, competitive differentiation and market momentum.
The position requires an understanding of social media best practices, and a desire to research and explore new strategies. As a key member of the recruiting marketing team, the social media strategist will be responsible for collaborating and executing on social media marketing strategies, video, and image creation to support specific initiatives, reporting on metrics, and monitoring and managing brand reputation in social communities.
The ideal candidate will be both a thinker and a doer with a positive, can-do attitude who brings fresh ideas and a creative approach to the organization, with B2B global brand management experience.

Excellent written and oral communication skills Social media savviness and a passion for technology Brand monitoring/advocacy/ambassador Brand building and messaging consistency Proactive engagement with social media influencers Reactive communications/Rapid response PR Image creation confidence, including short social media videos/Reels Responsibilities: Working as part of the global recruiting marketing team: Develop content calendars for assigned business lines. Copywrite & design, schedule, publish, and analyse social posts. Create weekly/monthly social media reports as directed and optimize content across Kaseya’s social media platforms based on performance metrics. Communicate upcoming social media launches and major moments for internal awareness and look for ways to create consistency across all of Kaseya’s social channels. Oversee community interactions on public-facing social media communities: monitor conversations, respond to reviews and comments, generate conversation. Help manage crisis communications or reactive responses, arising from any market activity, product or company activities. Required Qualifications & Experience:
BA/BS Degree in Journalism, Communications or Marketing Ability to establish and meet tight deadlines, change directions when necessary, and manage multiple projects at once. Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment without direct supervision. B2B public relations or social media experience related to technology products, IT, software or related industry preferred.
