Job Summary As the manager of product marketing for SHI’s cybersecurity Solutions & Services, you will collaborate with our outstanding product owners and growth marketing teams. You will develop and deliver high-quality marketing for our portfolio of cybersecurity solutions and services, across Identity & Access Management, Application Security, Data-Centric Security, Data Center & Cloud Security, Threat & Vulnerability, and Program Strategy & Operations.

In this crucial role, you will mentor and support junior team members, collaborating with solution practice leads and product/service owners to develop, execute, and enhance SHI's cybersecurity solutions and services strategy. Additionally, you will work with our innovative growth marketing and partner strategy teams to identify opportunities that will help SHI secure new business. You will have a strong background in cybersecurity product marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving growth. This position is required to report to the SHI Somerset NJ office location as determined by SHI management. Responsibilities Included, but are not limited to: Developing and managing SHI's cybersecurity solutions and services GTM strategy in alignment with division and company growth goals. Partnering with the solution practice leads and product/service owners to develop, execute, and evolve SHI's propositions. Working closely with Growth Marketing, Partner Strategy and Sales leadership to identify solutions and services program priorities and target audiences. Collaborate with internal cybersecurity Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define targeted content for various buying personas and buying stages of the SHI customer journey. Supporting Demand Generation, Partner Strategy and Sales Enablement teams with market knowledge and targeted content. Design and deliver solutions/product marketing programs that reflect SHI’s sales methodologies (current) and aspirations (future). Manage the production of all product marketing deliverables, including webpages, sales and marketing collateral, product and solutions videos, customer testimonials, events and webinars. Maintain brand integrity across all initiatives and communications. Supporting Voice of the Customer activities and working with product teams to ensure continual development of SHI services and solutions. Measure and report on programs to track ROI and other KPIs including revenues, margins, customer acquisition, and content engagement. Prepare promotional and strategic presentations/updates for the executive team. Qualifications
7+ years’ product marketing experience in the technology industry Completed bachelor’s degree Experience with leading cybersecurity providers and one or more of the following cybersecurity domains: Identity & Access Management, Application Security, Data-Centric Security, Data Center & Cloud Security, Threat & Vulnerability, and Program Strategy & Operations. Experience in content creation and collaboration with creative design teams Excellent copywriting ability Required Skills
Excellent copywriting ability Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to understand the audience and adapt communications accordingly. Ability to create compelling and exciting messages that help SHI differentiate from our competitors. Ability to generate compelling, high-quality content across various digital formats. Proficiency in the entire Microsoft 365 Suite. Strong project management, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. Excellent time management skills. Ability to manage a high-volume role and multi-task several projects at once. Ability to take ownership of assigned workload/projects and follow through to completion in a fast-paced environment. Excellent follow-up skills with limited management engagement. Ability to work effectively within all levels of a large, distributed organization, internally and externally. Team management. The estimated annual pay range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
