Email Campaign Manager One of The Sage Group’s top clients is looking for an Email Campaign Manager, must have 3-5 years in tech ensuring end to end email best practices and being able to build out templates with hand code and resize images. Someone that is used to wearing many hats to know the big picture when it comes to promotions and market share growth. Someone that is happy to manage email execution and manage an agency to do most of the work. The client is a leading technology company specializing in Internet-related services and products that include online advertising technologies, search, cloud computing, and software. We are looking for a campaign manager to support the CRM programs. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years experience executing flawless email campaigns, managing multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines and collaborating with internal partners as well as 3rd party vendors in sometimes ambiguous environments. Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of all promotional emails and control the entire production process: lead the email creative and copy in collaboration with our internal partners, write and kick-off the email brief with our email agency, oversee the email development process, QA proofs, review the workflow (email journey) design, inform the audience targeting, and collect brand and legal approvals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, product marketers, brand team…) in planning campaigns to support new product launches and promotions, building the email content and gathering creative assets. Maintain the relationship with our 3rd party email agency and manage the partner to execute against agreed strategy and timelines. Proactively identify opportunities to A/B test campaigns to optimize email engagement and conversion rates. Maintain the email campaign calendar and set expectations regarding campaigns timelines with cross-functional teams. Help plan quarterly email campaigns and promotional emails strategy. Advise and find efficiencies to continuously improve the email production process. Gather and communicate campaigns results and learnings with the marketing org as well as cross-functionally. This work would entail managing creative, copy, and list updates to ongoing triggered email series (~40 emails across 4 series), plus similar support for ~10-20 email blasts throughout the year. Some copywriting. Update creative in Connect Composer, complete image resizes and copy updates, and has experience with the QA, proofing, and the deployment process in Gamma. Qualifications:

3-5 years experience in email campaign production management with a track record of successfully executed email campaigns for a tech company. Email project management skills, for updates, email calendar. Experienced at using Connect Composer and Gamma or similar. Outstanding attention to details to manage the production and delivery of flawless email campaigns. Copywriting experience. Previous hands-on experience with top tier ESPs including setting up campaigns, light CSS and HTML coding to build out templates, proofing emails in multiple environments, setting up the audience targeting, launching campaigns and compiling post-launch analytics. Some creative side skills to resize images to fit templates. Strong organization and time management skills, ability to run several projects at once while collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing tight deadlines. Excellent relationship building with internal stakeholders as well as 3rd party vendors, ideally with previous experience managing agencies. Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate clear and concise ideas. Great team player with an easy-going attitude. Ability to quickly adapt to new processes, unexpected changes and find creative solutions to solve problems. Knowledge of basic email marketing best practices and KPIs. Keen eye for visual creative and copy, especially email design. Understanding of user data and segmentation principles. Accountable, with a strong work ethic and dedication to deliver high quality work. Experience with project/campaign management tools. Location: 100% remote in the USA, East Coast ideal. Duration: 1 year to start with strong extension potential. Compensation: $50-70hr DOE.
