The NOW Massage is seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Specialist to support our digital presence across all platforms. This role focuses on developing and executing social media strategies, managing content creation, and ensuring brand consistency. The NOW is a lifestyle brand under the Post Investment Group family, which focuses on four sectors: health and wellness, real estate, consumer products, and pet services. This role will contribute to the growth of various lifestyle brands under the Post Investment Group umbrella, with a primary focus on The NOW.

You will support the voice of the brand across multiple social media platforms, creating meaningful interactions with guests, partners, and influencers. Discretion and professionalism are key, as you will support the management of the national Instagram account for over 70+ franchise locations.

The ideal candidate has a strong aesthetic sense, a passion for wellness, and a deep understanding of social media trends. This position is onsite, located in Beverly Hills, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media:

Support the development and implementation of innovative strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Content Creation:

Conceptualize, schedule, and publish daily posts for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Assist with the management of external agencies and oversee content creators to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content in alignment with the monthly content calendar and current campaigns.

Support all aspects of content creation, including photography, videography, video editing, copywriting, and graphic design.

Trend Monitoring:

Stay updated on social media trends and oversee the production, editing, and posting of Instagram and TikTok content. Research competitor activity and platform best practices to inform strategies.

Ensure franchise locations maintain consistent social media marketing standards and comply with The NOW’s brand guidelines. Travel to franchise locations to capture boutique team content.

Brand Standards:

Help to maintain The NOW's brand voice, tone, and aesthetic across all social platforms to ensure a cohesive and compelling brand experience.

Performance Tracking:

Help to monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing monthly insights for optimization.

Collaborate with the marketing, PR, creative, and franchise teams to align social media initiatives with broader business objectives and campaigns.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation.

Experienced in project management in a fast-paced environment, ability to prioritize multiple projects at once.

Content portfolio showcasing photography, videography, and design skills.

Proficiency with platforms and tools (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Later, Capcut, Asana, etc.).

Ability to stay ahead of social media trends.

Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.

Passion for wellness and self-care.

Familiarity with maintaining brand standards across franchises.
