The Senior Marketing Manager will work with assigned customers to grow their business through strategic lead generation strategies. SEO, PPC, and website management are the key services you'll be managing. Blue Aspen Marketing is a growth agency that works with high-performing businesses who need to outsource their strategy growth initiatives to scale quickly. We work as their outsourced marketing team, bringing vision, strategy, and execution on all things marketing growth to help them increase their revenue. This is a senior role where you'll be assigned only the very best clients. We need someone polished, with great experience in building marketing plans, delivering incredible communication, and charting out the path to success. We are looking for someone passionate about helping businesses capture leads and gain new clients. The candidate must have an understanding of marketing trends, SEO, PPC, and social media. An understanding of HTML and website structure is a bonus! We are looking for someone enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about this new generation of marketing. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Weekly one-on-one meetings with the team Review KPIs with the team Client presentations with rolling 90-day goals and strategic vision Data analysis Working on daily tasks including SEO, PPC, or social media campaigns Self-educating on new SEO, digital marketing, and consumer trends Building and sharing real-time progress reports Monthly account audit review QUALIFICATIONS Mandatory Understanding of The Following: 5+ years of SEO experience Understanding of Google Analytics Managing business accounts on social media 5+ years of Paid Media experience with Meta and Google Understanding of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a must Professional, friendly, and patient Self-motivated to find solutions to problems Bonus Qualifications: Leadership and team lead experience Experience with client management and deep understanding of SEO and Internet Marketing Design experience Understanding of HTML and website platforms like WordPress or marketing automation systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
