Multi-Bank Securities, Inc. (MBS) is seeking a marketing associate with Adobe InDesign experience accompanied with at least 2 years of graphic design experience. The Marketing Associate supports the marketing team by assisting in the execution of marketing projects, coordinating external communications, and developing marketing collateral. This role also involves a range of project coordination tasks, market research, and design work for promotional materials. This individual must have Adobe InDesign and Canva experience. Other computer-based programs favored for this position are: Photoshop, Camtasia, Word, PowerPoint, WordPress, Outlook, Vidyard and other design software. The individual must be a team player, extremely organized and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Assist the marketing team in daily functions, handling customer feedback, and supporting strategic planning.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor activities, and product positioning
• Design and develop webpages, videos, graphics, and media print articles.
• Ensure company visibility by managing public communication channels like the website, blog, and social media.
• Answer client inquiries and support communication via email and other correspondence channels.
• Plan, analyze, and create visual solutions.
• Partner with product, client services, and sales teams to enhance internal processes and support marketing campaigns
• Create print or electronic media using color, type, illustration, photography, animation and other various techniques.
• Remain up to date on changing trends in the graphic design industry.
• Provides a quick turnaround on projects.
• Ability to demonstrate creation of promotional documentation and various other graphics that help represent the Firm’s branding efficiently and effectively.
• Constantly trying to find creative ways to brand the firm, its products, and services.
• Strong communication and organization skills, detail consciousness and the ability to function quickly in an ever-changing environment are required.
• Team player capable of accepting and implementing critical feedback, as well as contributing critical input to peers.
• Researching and utilizing best practices as it relates to print, video, and web design.

Demonstrated experience with the following skills:
• Practical experience with InDesign and Canva.
• Excellent project and time management skills.
• Able to create web pages that display on platforms.
• Ability to write and understand browser differences, page layout, and design elements in the creation of video and web pages.
• Work with an existing design and continually look to improve upon it, enhance it and apply creative energy to help brand the company.
• Ability to communicate ideas visually, orally, and in writing.
• Have an eye for detail. Self-disciplined.
• Be comfortable executing on tasks on a daily basis.
• Resourceful and organized, with an ability to handle tight deadlines.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects.
