Job Description
This position directs and coordinates the marketing and social media efforts and activities of the company such as developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive potential client traffic, deploying successful marketing/social media campaigns/platforms from ideation to execution, and designing and implementing marketing and social media strategy to align with business goals.
Duties and responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Oversee company websites and social media accounts
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, eblasts and press releases)
Monitor SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and web traffic metrics
Collaborate with department/division teams to ensure brand consistency
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media
Work with a variety of channels like pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, and lead generation campaigns to enhance prospective client base
Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and social media accounts that attracts and converts our target groups into clients/customers
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget and allocate funds wisely
Coordinate, manage and approve all marketing material including business cards, branded clothing, catalogues product binders, etc.
Work with outside agencies, graphic designers and other partners to produce commercials, print ads and website content.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Manage CRM(Customer Relationship Management) System
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust campaigns accordingly
Work with Interior and Exterior showrooms to ensure branding and company mission statement is portrayed
Oversee appropriate brand messaging on phone system; ensure signage for facility, events job sites, trucks, etc. is consistent with branding
Assist on the marketing end with corporate events and trade shows
Responsible for philanthropic activities/donations
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Proven work experience with social media and marketing as well as content management
Excellent copywriting skills
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
Knowledge of online marketing channels
Familiarity with web design
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Analytical and multitasking skills
Degree in Marketing or related field
Skilled in identifying target audiences and creatively devising marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate potential clients/customers
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Experience working with outside agencies, media partners, graphic designers and other business partners
