Leadership & Team Management Build and mentor a high-performing Data Services Department by recruiting, training, and developing team members. Supervise and work hands-on with digital print prepress technicians and variable data programmers, ensuring workflows align with deadlines and project goals. Drive collaboration across internal teams, including Customer Service and Manufacturing Operations. Design and implement personalized communication campaigns using
Quadient Inspire
for print, mail, email, and SMS. Optimize digital print workflows, ensuring high-quality outputs for statements, billing notices, direct mail, and other critical communications. Data Processing & Workflow Automation Manage customer data for multichannel marketing campaigns and business-critical communications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements. Develop automated workflows using programming tools such as
Windows Batch Scripts ,
PowerShell Scripts , and APIs to streamline data and prepress tasks. Leverage data hygiene and postal processing tools like
First Logic Data Quality IQ Suite ,

Education:

Extensive knowledge of data processing, integration, and analytics for direct marketing and personalized communications. Technical Skills: Expertise in programming and data management tools such as
Windows Batch ,
PowerShell , and APIs. Experience with digital print formats (PDF, AFP, HTML) and prepress operations. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with color management techniques preferred.
