Key Responsibilities:
Media Relations:
- Assist in drafting press releases, media alerts, and pitch emails.
- Maintain and update media contact lists.
- Coordinate media outreach and follow-ups to secure coverage.
Event Coordination:
- Help plan and execute press events, product launches, and other promotional activities.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue bookings, scheduling, and attendee management.
Research and Analysis:
- Monitor media coverage and compile reports on PR campaign performance.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for PR initiatives.
Administrative Support:
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing agendas.
- Organize and maintain PR files, including media clippings and campaign documentation.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
