We specialize in Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) to help our patients lead healthier lives. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Fractional Marketing Director to lead our marketing initiatives. This role involves steering our marketing strategy across various channels to enhance our brand, increase patient engagement, and expand our reach within the telehealth sector focused on addiction treatment. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Oversight: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals, focusing on patient acquisition and retention. Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate a team of part-time marketing specialists including: SEO Expert Digital Advertising Specialist (Google Ads, Social Media Ads) Content Creation Specialist Video and Podcast Production Experts Digital Marketing: Oversee online advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram). Manage and enhance our social media presence, ensuring content is engaging and brand-appropriate. Lead SEO efforts to improve our domain rating and organic visibility. Content Strategy: Direct the creation of compelling content for blogs, case studies, newsletters, and social media to educate and inform our audience about MAT and Opioid Use Disorder treatment. Supervise the production of educational videos and podcasts aimed at both patients and healthcare professionals. Website Management: Ensure our website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversion. Work with web developers for maintenance, updates, and enhancements. Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics to make data-driven decisions. Adjust strategies based on analytics to maximize ROI on marketing spend. Qualifications: · Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in healthcare or telehealth environments. · Strong skills in social media marketing , leveraging platforms for brand promotion and audience interaction. · Expertise with digital marketing techniques, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising. · Expertise in content marketing , creating compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences. · Proficiency in analytics tools to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights. · Experience with marketing automation platforms for efficient campaign management. · Proficient in email marketing best practices to enhance engagement rates. · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. · Experience managing and leading a diverse, remote team of marketing professionals. · Excellent strategic planning, project management, and communication skills. · Familiarity with the nuances of marketing in the health sector, particularly around addiction treatment and MAT. Additional Requirements: · Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with one day per week in our Brentwood office. · Must be adept at working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
