Job Title: Growth Marketing Manager Location: Remote (U.S. Based) - NYC / Florida Preferred About Boarderie: Boarderie is revolutionizing the edible gifting space with our artisan cheese and charcuterie boards, delivered overnight nationwide, they arrive fully arranged and ready to serve. We are looking for a talented and driven Growth Marketing Manager to help continue to scale our customer base and take our marketing efforts to the next level. We’ve 10x the business size in the last 2 years and we're looking for someone excited to be part of our explosive growth This role will report into the VP of Growth. Role Overview: We are seeking a data-driven and creative Growth Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of customer acquisition and retention campaigns. You will work cross-functionally across marketing, creative, product and dev to identify growth opportunities, optimize existing channels, and explore new ones to accelerate our growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Acquisition: Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with growth objectives and business goals. Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Applovin, influencers and more to drive new customer acquisition efficiently with a focus on improving core KPIS that ultimately improve CAC and bottom-line profitability Oversee and optimize digital marketing efforts and assist in managing external agencies across various channels (TV, SEO/SEM, and Affiliate) Identify and test new acquisition channels and strategies to maximize ROI and scale efficiently. 2. Retention & Lifecycle Marketing: Develop and execute email & sms strategies according to the marketing calendar with the goal of increasing customer retention, repeat purchases, and lifetime value. Analyze customer journeys and implement personalized strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates across core flows & loyalty program 3. Content & Creator Management Manage relationships with content creators inclusive of outreach, briefing, collecting and organizing content for paid & organic channels Partner with the creative team to develop compelling ad creative, test landing pages, and marketing assets. 4. Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance across all channels, leveraging data to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making. Report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve marketing performance. Assist in CRO initiatives by implementing A/B tests, analyzing user behavior and implement improvements to enhance the website 5. Market Research & Trend Spotting: Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and best practices to identify new growth opportunities. Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to inform strategy. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing roles preferable at an early stage start up Proven success managing paid media campaigns across major platforms. Strong understanding of key growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and CTR. Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Tik Tok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Shopify plus Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) and CRM tools. Exceptional analytical skills with a knack for turning data into actionable insights. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
