Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Generator to identify and qualify potential business opportunities for our sales team. In this role, you will conduct online research to uncover businesses in need of audio, video, and/or lighting solutions. Your efforts will directly contribute to our sales pipeline by ensuring that qualified leads are accurately documented, assigned, and followed up on promptly.

What You’ll Do

• Perform targeted online research to identify businesses requiring audio, video, and/or lighting systems.
• Collect and input lead information into the sales database with precision and accuracy.
• Distribute leads to the appropriate department or team member based on defined criteria.
• Monitor and follow up on time-sensitive leads to ensure no opportunities are missed.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead generation strategies and improve processes.

What We’re Looking For
Skills and Abilities

• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient follow-up.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage internal teams.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet research, typing, and 10-key input.

Experience

• Prior experience in lead generation, business development, or sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM or sales systems is a plus.

Education

• A degree in Marketing, Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
