Our regional support center provides resources to our hotels for multiple areas including Human Resources, Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Security, Group Reservations, Guest Contact Center, Information Technology, Laundry and Communications.

What We're Looking For:
The Social Media Strategist will develop and implement social media campaigns that align with the organization's overall marketing and business goals.

What You'll Do:
- Creates, curates, and schedules eye catching social media content in ordinance with brand standards and guidelines.
- Manages the organization's image through social media platforms.
- Collaborates with other departments and external partners to align social media efforts with broader organizational objectives.
- Oversees and coordinates with stakeholders to execute photo and video shoots at on-side hotels.
- Analyzes social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and uses that data to inform future strategies.
- Manages a highly engaged community of across multiple social media sites and liaises directly with hotel teams to escalate and resolve guest service issues.
- Collaborates effectively to set the tone, voice, and content strategy for the company's social media channels to align with business objectives.
- Identifies opportunities and makes suggestions to operations based on trends seen in guest sentiment.
- Executes paid social medial ad across platforms.
- Researches incoming influencers requests to determine brand fit and destination experience.
- Identify and resolve social media posts that violate company policies and parameters.
Your Experience Includes:
- 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in hospitality or travel
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, X and LinkedIn
- Strong organizational, communication and writing skills
- Proficient in systems operations including Microsoft suite
- Knowledge of image editing tools and camera equipment
- Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or related field of study
- Experience with social medial marketing tools, including; Sprout Social, Sprinklr, and Pixlee
