Alpha Media Silicon Valley, home to Bay Country (KBAY & KKDV), Mix 106.5 (KEZR) and Alpha Digital, is seeking a full-time Integrated Marketing Consultant who is able to build and maintain relationships with new clients through the entire sales cycle. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who is able to work with local clients large and small to meet marketing objectives and sell the value of Alpha Media's local radio and digital brands.

Headquartered in Portland, Oregon, Alpha Media owns or operates over 200 radio stations across the United States covering all formats. In addition to our over-the-air broadcasts, Alpha audio products can be heard across multiple platforms, including all major smart devices. Responsibilities for this position include: Work with prospective new direct clients and advertising agencies to present new marketing opportunities on Alpha Media properties and drive revenue Successfully prospect, present and close new advertisers utilizing multimedia campaign strategies for Bay Country, Mix 106.5 and Alpha’s array of digital marketing solutions Understand and know how to consult on digital from managed services, such as SEO, SEM, and digital marketing assets including CTV/OTT, mobile to social and programmatic advertising Lead the setup and execution of campaigns across multiple platforms Ensure that company initiatives and tools provided are used and maximized Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions. Outline and oversee a measurement strategy with results delivery both internally and externally Provide performance analysis and end-of-campaign reporting to advertisers Provide consultation and educate advertisers and agencies on best media product solutions and best practices to achieve results
Requirements for this position: MUST reside in the Bay Area and be able to attend both in-person and online meetings with prospective advertisers Be able to attend meetings in our San Jose office 2-3 times per week Possess at least one year of outside sales experience Experience with digital media and attribution platforms and advertising metrics. Experience with influencing decision-making with advertisers. Ensure the attainment of monthly, quarterly, and annual budget goals. Strong written and oral communication skills for presentation. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing culture and environment. This position requires a fully insured personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
Preference may be given to candidates who have the above experience plus the following: Experience building strategic presentations and dynamically presenting them to clients Experience and knowledge of G-Suite programs Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
