We are searching for a Digital Marketing Specialist passionate about leveraging digital platforms balanced with traditional integrated marketing activity to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience planning, executing, and adjusting digital marketing tactics and strategies to support broader marketing objectives. This role entails tracking, reporting, and continuously improving traffic, engagement, audience growth, and conversion rates through online channels while planning and executing traditional media including print, tradeshow, and collateral. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and business units is essential for success and alignment with goals.
How You Will Contribute:
Optimize SEO and PPC Campaigns: Work with our agency partner to plan, optimize, test, measure, and report on campaign activity and results while partnering with our business units on their market needs and content development to drive engagement. Develop and Execute Email Campaigns: Create engaging and nurturing email marketing campaigns to drive lead acquisition and cross-selling of our products and services, analyze performance metrics to optimize results, and implement segmentation and personalization strategies. Implement Marketing Automation: Execute a marketing automation approach in alignment with business objectives while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Manage marketing platforms, including MS Dynamics 365 and Act-On, ensuring proper integration and data integrity. Lead Management and Collaboration: Implement lead scoring and segmentation to prioritize and qualify leads, collaborate with sales teams for seamless handoff and follow-up, and manage list acquisition, behavior-based segmentation, email deliverability, and database hygiene. Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyze marketing automation performance metrics, make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness, conduct A/B testing to optimize workflows, and serve as the go-to resource for marketing automation-related inquiries and project planning for internal sales teams. What You Need to Qualify:
Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing. Proven track record in paid/organic SEO and PPC strategy & planning, email marketing nurture, cross-selling, and lead management campaigns. Software/application proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, and Google Analytics. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong planning, execution, and time management skills. Positive energy and a growth mindset, including a strong ability to empathize and look at problems from many angles.
