Position: Lead – Research & Communication, to work closely with Director & CEO. Guardian Education Services Pvt. Ltd. This corporate role will work closely with the Director & CEO and is responsible for supporting pan-India operations. Key Job Roles: Carrying out research on new opportunities, potential clients, and CSR donors, requiring secondary and desk research. Lead generation and research-based qualification of opportunities and leads. Creating business proposals, brochures, collateral, and corporate reports. Creating digital media communications, postings, and blogs. Supporting the Director in coordination and program management for various activities. Preferred Background: Previous roles in consulting, market research, program management, or sales support. Good understanding of secondary research tools, marketing, and business planning. 2 to 3 years of experience in relevant areas. Educational Qualifications: MSW/Mass Communication/M.Sc. Economics from a reputed institute. High proficiency in the English language and report preparation. Previous work experience in the education and skill training sector is preferred but not mandatory. Education Qualification: BE/BTech / MSW / MBA / M.Sc (Economics) / MA / Mass Communication / Comparative Literature. Salary: Industry standard.
