Lead – Research & Communication

Position: Lead – Research & Communication, to work closely with Director & CEO.

This corporate role will work closely with the Director & CEO and is responsible for supporting pan-India operations.

Key Job Roles:

• Carrying out research on new opportunities, potential clients, and CSR donors, requiring secondary and desk research.
• Lead generation and research-based qualification of opportunities and leads.
• Creating business proposals, brochures, collateral, and corporate reports.
• Creating digital media communications, postings, and blogs.
• Supporting the Director in coordination and program management for various activities.

Preferred Background:

• Previous roles in consulting, market research, program management, or sales support.
• Good understanding of secondary research tools, marketing, and business planning.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in relevant areas.
• Educational Qualifications: MSW/Mass Communication/M.Sc. Economics from a reputed institute.
• High proficiency in the English language and report preparation.
• Previous work experience in the education and skill training sector is preferred but not mandatory.

Education Qualification: BE/BTech / MSW / MBA / M.Sc (Economics) / MA / Mass Communication / Comparative Literature.

Salary: Industry standard.
