ARC Architects is seeking professional candidates with 2-5 years of experience, and strong design and organization skills to join our collaborative design firm. Candidates should enjoy learning about all phases of design and collaborating with fellow designers and engineers. Ideal candidates have experience with public projects and are dedicated to serving all communities. Successful applicants are interested in contextual and sustainable design, and appreciate community outreach as a key component of design.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate and contribute to project design and team coordination
Assist in the development of design presentations with project team
Coordinate with design team consultants
Assist with technical challenges through research, collaboration, and sound judgement
Prepare construction documents at all phases
Assist with submittals for permit agencies
Support partner coordination with owners and public engagement
Actively participate in office charettes and continuing education
Qualifications:
A Masters or Bachelor of Architecture degree is required
2+ years experience working in architecture
Working knowledge of Revit and other 3D modeling and rendering programs
