This Designer needs heavy experience doing design for software applications, specifically web apps. This candidate will be responsible for the UI/UX portion, involving end-to-end design on the page. They will conduct user research, usability testing, write usability scripts, and apply full design principles using Figma and Miro. Requirements: 3-4 years of experience in UX design, particularly with app design Experience with user research, usability testing, and usability script writing Experience working in an enterprise environment Knowledge of personalization techniques Proficient in Figma and Miro Strong critical thinking skills with a focus on validation and iterative improvement Ability to understand and read code Knowledge of front-end development and AI/ML/analytics is a plus Compensation Note: The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably believe we would pay at posting for this role. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
