Kolaboration Ventures Corporation (KVC) is one of the largest vertically integrated cannabis operators in California, which is also the largest cannabis market in the country. We manage all aspects of cannabis - from seed to flower to consumer.
We started with a simple vision 6 years ago with a single indoor cultivation and retail facility - to provide quality cannabis products to our customers - and have grown to serve over 2,000 customers per day across 8 retail locations. We now have 3 cultivation facilities and internally perform all functions related to cannabis - grow, harvest, trim, manufacture (concentrates, dabs, etc.), package, distribute, and sell.

We are currently seeking a Graphic Designer - with an emphasis on packaging design and original brand development - to facilitate company and product branding.

Job Requirements/Preferences:
- REQUIRED: Must be 21 years of age or older.
- REQUIRED: Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States.
- REQUIRED: Must comply with all legal and/or company regulations for working in the industry.
- REQUIRED: Selected candidate must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment background check.
- REQUIRED: The minimum level of education completed must be a high school diploma or above.
- REQUIRED: Available to work full-time (~40 hours/week) during the following days/times:
- Typically Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 pm onsite at multiple locations, but additional work days/times may be necessary
- REQUIRED:
- Knowledge of content creation and creative design/editing, photography experience a plus, with a keen eye for detail.
- Platform Knowledge: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva.
- Writing, editing, and communication skills.
Essential Job Functions:
- Create in-store graphics, to be posted on TV screens and on printed materials.
- Create social media graphics for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X & LinkedIn.
- Edit organic content from Store Managers and Others into social media ready images.
- Communicate with superiors and leadership team on creative assets and vision for future assets.
- Manage calendar of creative needs with team and deliver assets in a timely manner.
- Maintain and help manage cohesive branding across print, video, in-store, social media and event assets.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, safety protocols, attendance expectations, timekeeping/reporting requirements, and directives from management.

Compensation/Benefits:
- Competitive base compensation (estimating $65k-$75k/year), based on experience
