POSITION DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for creating video content while maintaining brand standards to support Sellmark's various products and brands in multiple lengths and formats that can be used across several social/streaming platforms.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
Capture video and audio for productions based on departmental budgets and pre-production planning set forth by the Media Producer, Creative Manager, and Leadership's direction.
Setup studio, lighting, audio, develop scripting and coordinate with talent.
Video production
Capturing
Post-production
Output final to various lengths and formats for various medias.
Responsible for distribution of videos to various platforms such as Youtube, Rumble, etc.
May need to attend external shoots on a case-by-case basis to run a secondary camera.
May need to attend tradeshows for content creation real time from the show floor.
May need to attend after hour work related events such as media retreats for content creation.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Media Production or related video production fields
Minimum of (2) years' experience in media production
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be proficient in the Adobe Suite specializing in Premier, After Effects, Audition
Must be proficient in capturing content with various camera types. DSLR, Mirror-less, RED, etc.
Must be able to quickly post-edit videos into various lengths and sizes for different medias.
Must be able to work in a team and independently to produce content.
Ability to capture high-quality video and photographs
Ability to conduct insightful interviews with stakeholders.
Ability to create and capture compelling stories and narratives.
Excellent time management skills.
Good communication skills.
Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have a high level of integrity and strong work ethic.
Willing to undergo and pass a background check and drug screen
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time. The employee will be required to bend, twist, reach, push, pull and operate office machinery. The employee must be able to lift up to (50) pounds. Specific work assignments may change without notice. WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS
Main hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Schedules will vary depending on business needs, and may entail working nights, weekends and holidays. Must be flexible to work outside of normal departmental operating hours.
