The Role:
As a Senior Analyst at Hearts & Science's Marketing Science team, you will be tasked with transforming vast data sets into compelling and actionable insights to inform current and future campaigns. You will work closely with media partners to monitor live campaign delivery and performance to create campaign optimization recommendations that you will communicate to clients. You will work directly with Analytics directors, investment teams, clients and publishers to implement the resulting strategies alongside a team of the media planners and strategists.
Responsibilities: Gathering data through various first and third-party platforms and analytics tools and reporting on media delivery and performance by channel, audience, and publisher Monitoring campaigns daily with publishers to ensure to inform and recommend optimizations to ensure delivery and efficiency of live media. Generating and communicating clear, compelling, and actionable insights to inform live and future campaigns to internal and external stakeholders. Ensuring that client-facing and internal reporting (weekly pacing, billing etc) is done in a timely manner Executing and analyzing A/B and innovation testing agenda Transforming publisher and campaign insights into cross-divisional learnings and recommendations to inform portfolio strategy Qualifications :
2+ years of experience in a quantitative data-driven field (New graduates will also be considered depending on their educational background) 2+ years of experience and knowledge of digital media Experience with delivering and operationalizing reporting solutions for clients Understanding of consumer and marketplace behaviors, particularly those that most impact business and marketing goals Examples of being detail oriented, proactive, and a team player Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain data-driven insights ideas to multiple audiences both verbally and in writing Ability to work well with others and work in cross-functional teams Ability to manage and prioritize a number of concurrent tasks Ability to clearly explain complex technical ideas to multiple audiences both verbally and in writing Act as a point of contact for day-to-day clients, delivering timely and detailed responses Technical & Media Qualifications
Expert Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, advanced functions) Experience with SQL, Python, R, or other object-oriented programming language a plus but not required Experience translating data into visuals Experience/understanding of ad-serving and buying tools such as Google CM, DV360, Facebook/Twitter/Snap Ads Manager Experience using data with taxonomy/naming convention Functional understanding of A/B tests and Digital Media Key Performance Metrics

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
Compensation Range
$75,000-$80,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
