Senior Marketing Manager , leading the highest growth channels for the business, Wipes and Environmental Hygiene. The role requires an individual who can function at both a strategic and tactical level. This role is highly visible and cross-functional, requiring significant collaboration with other functions, communication to senior leadership, and extensive work with customers and partners to help solve big problems. Additionally, this role is responsible for a Mega project with direct C-suite visibility. Main Responsibilities: Develop and execute short term, annual, and multi-year business plans to achieve sales targets for the wipes and environmental hygiene segments. Understand customer value drivers and create segment-level value proposition and go-to-market strategies. Own and drive Mega wipes project(s) with acute detail and delivery at C-suite level expectations. Manage and develop direct report(s) to meet their personal and business goals, and develop management and leadership experience. Identify portfolio gaps and initiate new innovation opportunities. Collaborate with GPO and distribution partners to help engage, onboard, and generate excitement to drive Ecolab sales. Lead day-to-day portfolio and P&L management, including but not limited to forecasting, monthly performance reporting, and innovation tracking. Participate in ongoing customer interactions that contribute to business insights and results. Leverage multiple channels (internal & external) to maintain current perspective on key trends and insights on the market/segments. Understand the competitive landscape and communicate how Ecolab's solutions and customer experience are differentiated in the market. Build the Ecolab brand within the wipes and environmental hygiene segment, including creation of the strategy and partnership plans for key industry groups and customers. Develop new pricing models to capture value. Grow revenue and increase profitability and market share. Travel - up to 20% based on need. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree. 8 years of professional experience or MBA in marketing with 5+ years of experience. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to work with minimal supervision and navigate a matrix organization to achieve business results. Demonstrated initiative and leadership skills setting vision and strategy, planning, critical thinking, orchestrating cross-functionally, overseeing multiple project elements and proven track record of results. Previous experience in the healthcare space. People management experience with focus on development. Business-to-business marketing experience. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. Ability to relate to influential people and complex organizational structures. Ability to create an environment that encourages breakthrough thinking.
