As an Email Marketing Specialist at AmeriPharma, you will be responsible for creating compelling, personalized email communications that engage leads, drive traffic to our websites, and ultimately convert them into customers. You will develop and execute email marketing strategies tailored to our customer personas and oversee the entire email marketing process, including workflows, segmentation, list management, testing, reporting, and optimization. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to understand customer touchpoints and determine how best to integrate email marketing into their journey.

Location: On-Site (Laguna Hills, Ca.)
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute targeted email marketing strategies for each customer persona, utilizing analytics to inform segmentation and personalization. Drive list growth through creative opt-in strategies, including partnerships with key organizations. Build and optimize segmentation and personalization strategies based on user behavior and engagement data. Lead the planning and execution of an email marketing calendar, including content-focused campaigns, automation, triggers, and more. Oversee campaign content, including proofreading, copywriting, design, mobile optimization, and personalization. Collaborate with design and copywriting teams to ensure campaigns are visually appealing, mobile-friendly, and effectively communicated. Implement new triggers, automation, and personalization tactics to enhance engagement. Develop and maintain a testing strategy to optimize elements such as templates, content, calls-to-action, timing, and frequency. Produce weekly performance reports and provide insights for optimization, using customer data to improve campaign outcomes. Research and recommend suitable email marketing tools and software. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, trends, and standards. Ensure compliance with email regulations, including CCPA and CAN-SPAM. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of increasing engagement and revenue. Excellent copywriting skills with a strong attention to detail. A keen eye for design and user experience. Deep understanding of email deliverability and sender reputation best practices. Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams. Experience with lead generation and nurturing tactics. Strong analytical skills and experience with email marketing analytics and reporting tools. Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Proven experience in a marketing or email marketing role. Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in ActiveCampaign strongly preferred. Experience with CRM systems such as HighLevel preferred. Strong design skills and experience creating responsive email templates with HTML and CSS. Experience with A/B testing and optimizing email campaigns. Knowledge of email compliance regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, CCPA). Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot). Proven ability to drive results and grow engagement and revenue through strategic email marketing.
