Summary:
The Senior Specialist, Advertising is focused on executing and optimizing paid media efforts. This position involves collaborating closely with agency partners to develop and implement effective advertising strategies, plans and tactics that enhance the system's visibility and reach. This individual is responsible for briefing the agency and managing the creation and distribution of accompanying creative assets, ensuring they align with the hospital's brand and campaign objectives. By analyzing performance data and market trends, the Senior Specialist, Advertising collaborates with agency partners to continuously refines and adjusts paid media tactics to maximize ROI and achieve targeted outcomes. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of digital and traditional advertising channels to support the system's and department's goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Advertising and Paid Media
  • Assist in the development of advertising campaigns including but not limited to: brand, clinical service lines, Foundation, talent acquisition, expansion and other non-clinical programs
  • Work with agency partners to create paid media plans and applicable creative for channels and tactics that include digital, email, paid search, print, TV, OTT, CTV, radio, out-of-home, paid social media, influencers and more.
  • Track and analyze the performance of paid media campaigns using key metrics and analytics tools. Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness, and work with agency partners to make data-driven adjustments to optimize ad spend, improve targeting, and enhance overall campaign performance.
  • Brand Campaigns
  • Coordinate agencies and teams during the briefing, brainstorming and development of creative concepts for brand campaigns that resonate with target audiences and align with brand strategy and organization objectives.
  • Oversee the production process of advertising materials, ensuring high-quality outputs that adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Partner with Brand Manager to ensure adherence to budget and timelines, managing up to departmental leadership.
  • Brand Governance
  • Maintain compliance with legal, ethical, and industry regulations, protecting the hospital's brand integrity and avoiding any potential risks associated with misrepresentation or misinformation.
  • Enforce brand guidelines, providing clear instructions and resources for internal teams and external partners.
  • Ensure that all advertising and marketing materials adhere to the hospital's established brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent voice, tone, and visual style across all platforms and media. Review and approve creative assets to confirm they accurately reflect the hospital's brand identity and values.
How You'll Be Successful:

WORK EXPERIENCE
  • At least 5 years' Experience advertising and paid media Req
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and creative campaigns. Req
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Req
EDUCATION

Four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Marketing, Communications, or a related field Required
