Overview:
Responsible for developing and executing the IM3 brand communication strategy to enhance brand equity, increase awareness of the product portfolio, and drive conversion, with a specific focus on Postpaid and other product lines (excluding Prepaid). This role manages brand image, awareness, and preferences, while providing strategic guidance to the organization. Collaborate with product teams, external agencies, and internal brand management and communication teams to develop impactful campaigns that drive business results.
Main Role: Develop & Execute Brand Campaign Strategy to Drive Awareness and Conversion
Brand Communication Strategy Development & Execution (Key Activities)
Develop and implement campaign strategies and concepts for IM3 products, focusing on driving awareness and conversion, especially for Postpaid and other product lines.
Supervise the development and cascading of campaign materials to ensure consistency across platforms.
Ensure key messaging and visuals are optimized for all communication touchpoints, including: Point-of-sale materials, On-ground activations, Digital platforms, Outdoor media, Video and television brand integration.
Collaborate closely with core stakeholders to align campaigns with market trends, customer needs, and conversion goals.
Create compelling creative briefs for agency partners, ensuring alignment with brand and conversion objectives.
Ensure delivery campaign execution aligns with all communication channels.
Deliver fast-turnaround tactical campaigns to support immediate business needs.
Reporting
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong expertise in brand communication and campaign execution with a proven ability to drive conversions.
Excellent understanding of the telco industry, competitive landscape, and customer behavior, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in these areas.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and align various stakeholders toward shared goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on optimizing campaigns for measurable results.
