The successful candidate will provide administrative support to their office, ensuring smooth operation and maintaining a welcoming environment for customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management and a strong background in clerical and accounting tasks.**Duties: **- Manage the front desk, answering phone calls and professionally greeting visitors.- Provide administrative support to the front office, including preparing documents, filing, and maintaining records.- Assist with accounting tasks.- Utilize phone systems to make and receive calls, as well as manage scheduling and appointments.- Assist with budgeting and tasks, ensuring accurate and timely payments.- Coordinate and plan events and meetings, ensuring all logistical details are taken care of.- Perform other administrative duties as required, including data entry and mail distribution.- Some travel (up to 20%) will be required for Networking or Sales calls.**Experience: **- Proven experience in office management.- Strong background in administrative and clerical tasks.- Excellent organizational and communication skills.- Social Media management, some marketing knowledge.- Experience with QuickBooks and some accounting.- Proficiency in office management software and phone systems.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $20.00 per hour Benefits:Dental InsuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance Schedule:8-hour shift- M-F 7:30 am-3:30 pmDay shiftExperience:Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)Administrative experience: 2 years (Preferred)QuickBooks: 1 year (Required)-Desktop version (Preferred)Accounting: 1 year (Required)Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)Language:Spanish (Preferred)Ability to Commute:Houston, TX 77065 (Preferred)
