Job Title: Marketing and Operations CoordinatorJob Summary:We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations Coordinator to oversee and support key operational functions, including marketing, branding, social media, reputation management, legal document preparation, and administrative tasks. This role ensures the seamless execution of internal operations while maintaining a strong public presence and supporting the company's goals.Key Responsibilities:Operations ManagementOversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals.Develop and maintain organized systems for workflows, documentation, and communication.Collaborate with leadership to implement and optimize operational strategies.Marketing and Branding SupportAssist in planning and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition.Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials and campaigns.Ensure consistent branding across all channels and communications.Social Media and Reputation ManagementManage the company's social media presence by creating and scheduling engaging content.Monitor online reviews, feedback, and mentions, responding promptly and professionally.Analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of social media and reputation management efforts.Legal Document Preparation and CompliancePrepare, update, and organize legal documents, including leases, addendums, and compliance materials.Ensure documents meet state-specific regulations and company policies.Maintain an accurate and accessible document repository for easy reference.Administrative SupportCoordinate schedules, meetings, and agendas for leadership and teams.Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.Provide general administrative support to enhance operational efficiency.Event CoordinationPlan and oversee company events, workshops, and marketing initiatives.Manage event logistics, timelines, and vendor relations to ensure successful execution.Data and ResearchConduct operational and market research to identify opportunities for improvement.Analyze data to generate actionable insights for decision-making.Qualifications:Proven experience in operations, marketing, or administrative roles.Strong project management and multitasking skills.Familiarity with legal document preparation and compliance is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, and relevant tools (e.g., social media platforms, CRM systems).Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.Key Competencies:Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Proactive mindset with attention to detail.Effective communicator and collaborator with internal teams and external stakeholders.Analytical thinker capable of balancing multiple priorities.
