We are seeking a Marketing and Operations Coordinator to support the execution and optimization of our marketing campaigns, day-to-day operations, and studio initiatives. This is a cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces a startup mentality, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and wear multiple hats. Job Duties Assist in planning, executing, and tracking email, SMS, and paid advertising campaigns Help coordinate new location launches, product rollouts, and seasonal promotions Monitor campaign performance using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics Update website content and landing pages (Shopify experience a plus) Work with creative team to deliver assets for ads, in-studio signage, and email campaigns Assist in building and tracking checklists for store openings and marketing initiatives Help streamline communication between corporate and studio teams Support team leaders with SOP implementation and operational consistency across locations Build and maintain detailed reports in Excel/Google Sheets using formulas (e.g., SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, QUERY, PivotTables) to track marketing KPIs and operational data 1+ years of experience in merchandising, marketing, operations, or a hybrid business role Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable wearing multiple hats across departments Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets (comfortable with formulas, PivotTables, charts, and conditional formatting) Experience with CRM/email platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp), Meta Ads Manager, Shopify Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once Comfortable analyzing marketing performance data and translating insights into action Strong verbal and written communication skills
