Insight Global is hiring: Senior UX Research in Raleigh

Must Haves: 4+ years of UX Research experience Bachelors degree in related field (i.e. Psychology, human factors, human-computer interaction, anthropology, human geography etc.) Ability to write and conduct surveys with a focus on user experience Experience conducting usability testing Knowledge of survey tools (i.e. Qualtrics, Survey Monkey etc.) Skilled in research methods including but not limited to interviews, card sorting, workshops, diary studies, and focus groups Experience gathering and analyzing quantitative data Pluses: Masters degree in related field UX Certifications Experience with Gen AI Responsibilities include: Leads major research projects. Employs a range of methods; plans and conducts research; analyzes and communicates findings. Builds strong relationships with stakeholders in different disciplines; influences their strategic priorities. Crafts research strategy with stakeholders aligned to product and design strategy. Examines analytics data to inform research strategy and qualitative insights. Works with designers and product managers to ideate and iterate on solutions. Creates use cases, anchored in research insights, and prioritizes via users. Recruits independently and conducts work compliantly. Mentors more junior researchers.
