Construction | Billing/AP/AR & PR

  • 1 - 3 years Experience in accounting
  • Concrete Construction Company experience preferred with emphasis on invoicing/billing and collections
  • Proficient with Quickbooks and MS Office (word, & excel) with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail and the ability to organize & prioritize workload efficiently & effectively
  • Review and process A/P Invoices and payments
  • Enter weekly credit card charges into Quickbooks
  • Submit weekly payroll hours to the payroll processing company
  • Enter weekly payroll information into Excel Spreadsheets and Quickbooks
  • Billing/A/R - Prepare invoices preliminary notices and liens
  • Track vendor/sub releases
  • Collections for Accounts Receivable
