Our client, a global technology leader, is seeking a Digital Experience Manager to join their Commercial Digital Experiences (CDX) team. This dynamic and impactful role focuses on creating exceptional B2B customer journeys in the email marketing channel. As part of the CDX team, you'll play a pivotal role in engaging commercial customers in a traditionally consumer-focused organization, leveraging data insights, AI, and machine learning to craft personalized experiences that enhance customer decision-making and drive business success. Top Required Skills (Must Haves): Minimum 8 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience. Proven expertise in growing an email program from MVP to full-scale (V1 to V3). Strong experience in building and executing a comprehensive campaign strategy. Opportunity Overview: This is a high-impact role with visibility across the organization. As a Digital Experience Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build and execute email programs that inspire customers during their Windows PC purchase journey. Your work will help drive key performance metrics related to email channel health, customer engagement, and retention. This role also offers the chance to innovate marketing strategies and ensure a seamless, connected experience for customers. Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To: Develop and scale program strategy using a crawl, walk, run approach. Build and execute email campaigns that support customer relationships. Create plans and share updates with business stakeholders and leaders within marketing. Forecast metrics in collaboration with customer journey and analytics teams to meet performance targets. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on customer insights and email channel execution. Lead pilots to innovate and improve customer engagement processes. Partner with the Customer Journey Lead and other digital channel experts to develop cohesive, cross-channel experiences. Create Monthly Business Review (MBR) content to share with partners and stakeholders. Qualifications/Experience: Required: Education: Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered. Experience: 57 years of integrated marketing experience, including digital, relationship, or campaign marketing. At least 34 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B role. Experience creating executive presentations and white papers. Strong ability to build campaign strategies and drive execution across channels (e.g., in-product, email). Expertise in customer experience strategy and marketing automation tools. Demonstrated ability to lead virtual and cross-functional teams. Preferred: 8 years of experience in integrated marketing, including event management, marketing strategy, or business planning. Strong background in growing email marketing programs and nurturing campaigns. Executive presence and excellent communication skills for presenting strategies and securing buy-in.
