CTG is seeking to fill a Creative Project Manager opening for our client in Morrisville, NC.

Location:

Morrisville, NC

Duration:

12+ months, with the possibility of extension

Duties:

Work collaboratively across departments to produce projects on time and on budget

Create strategic project plans that clearly identify key milestones, timelines, deliverables, and resources

Lead the execution of large-scale marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business objectives

Prepare and maintain clear and accurate communication and project documentation, including project plans, status reports, internal meeting notes, change requests, resource requests, and assignments

Manage the timely progression of the project. Route work for review, updates, and approval, archiving files and assets, and opening and closing projects

Evaluate and mitigate risk, analyze impact, and provide strategies to shift and solve issues

Skills:

Strong project management skills

Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, etc.)

Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and stakeholders

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Experience:

5+ years of experience working in a creative agency environment in an account or project management role

Experience managing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including print, interactive, digital, mobile, and film

Proven experience of effectively managing large-scale projects from brief through to delivery

Education:

Educated to degree level or equivalent

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
