This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with a passion for digital marketing strategy and execution. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creative thinking, and a deep understanding of paid social, paid search, website management, and SEO.What you'll doDigital Media Strategy & Execution:Assist in developing and executing media plans across multiple channels including Paid Search, Social, Programmatic TV, Digital OOH, YouTube and moreBuild and maintain email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, etc.) that keep clients informed, while optimizing for high open and click-through ratesBuild and refine audience segmentation strategies leveraging first-party, third-party, and in-market dataIdentify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insightsWebsite Management:Oversee the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's websites (including landing pages, blog, etc.)Develop and implement a comprehensive web strategy that aligns with our marketing goals and drives business growth, while creating a strong brand experience that is focused on conversionWork closely with designers to implement website enhancements, ensuring optimal functionality, user experience (UX), and mobile responsivenessSEO Strategy & Implementation:Build, inform and execute the team's SEO strategy and roadmap to improve the site's visibility and organic discoverabilityConduct keyword research, optimize on-page and off-page SEO elements, and implement technical SEO best practicesInform and execute a link building strategy to acquire more high-quality backlinks and improve onsite crosslinkingComplete and enhance on-page SEO elements including title tags, meta descriptions, H1 tags, etc.Analytics & Reporting:Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to website traffic, user behavior, and conversion ratesSet up, maintain, and optimize tracking of web analytics to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights including optimizationsGenerate regular reports on web traffic, user engagement, and campaign performance, and provide recommendations for improvement based on data insightsGeneral Job RequirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in a performance marketing role with a strong track record of managing and optimizing digital paid media campaigns, preferably in the beauty, wellness, retail or med spa industriesHands on experience with platforms like WordPress, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Facebook Ads are requiredSEO certifications (e.g., HubSpot, SEMrush) are a plusCreative development experience is a huge plusAbility to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentHigh analytical and data interpretation skillsStrong attention to detailProfessional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a collaborative environmentOccasional evening or weekend work may be required to support key campaigns and eventsThe pay range for this role is:70,000 - 85,000 USD per year (It's A Secret Medspa Logistics)
