We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Co-op to support the development and implementation of our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system in partnership with our MarTech goals, and provide broader support for our Marketing PMO, Operations and Account Management teams.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital marketing technology and eager to learn how tools can streamline marketing operations, improve content management, and enhance collaboration across teams.

The co-op will work closely with the PMO, Brand/creative, and MarTech teams to ensure that marketing assets are effectively organized, accessible, and utilized across the company. The ideal candidate is a proactive learner with strong organizational skills, an interest in marketing technology (MarTech), and a desire to contribute to our evolving digital infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Support DAM Development:

Assist in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system in partnership with our Brand, Creative, and Account Management teams

Help categorize and tag digital assets to improve searchability and accessibility for the marketing and creative teams.

Work with stakeholders to ensure the DAM aligns with the organization’s brand and content strategy

Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to assist with DAM system adoption.

MarTech Support:

Provide support in the integration of various marketing technologies within the existing MarTech stack

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure seamless communication between different marketing tools, capabililties, and user awareness

Content Management & Organization:

Assist in managing the lifecycle of digital content, ensuring proper version control, archiving, and expiration of outdated assets.

Ensure metadata is consistently applied to assets for easy retrieval and compliance with organizational standards.

Work with Account Management and Brand to develop a tagging framework

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Monitor DAM usage and generate reports if relevant on asset performance and user engagement to help inform decisions about system improvements or adoption

Analyze data from various MarTech tools and assist in generating insights to optimize user licenses

Cross-team Collaboration:

Work closely with creative, MarTech, and Marketing Account Management/PMO teams to identify needs and opportunities for process improvements.

Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to support the ongoing development of the DAM system and ensure its alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:

Strong interest in digital marketing, content management, and marketing technology.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights ​

Education

HS diploma required. Must be enrolled as either a full time or part time student.

Experience

0-2 years of experience required in the field or in a related area

Salary/Hourly Rate and Other Compensation Disclosures:

The hourly rate for this position is $25/hr. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors
