My client is a renowned global CRO at the forefront of preclinical research, committed to delivering innovative solutions for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies around the world. Their expertise spans across preclinical discovery, testing, and development, specializing in the production and phenotyping of genetically engineered mouse models. They service Biotech, Pharma, and Non-Profit organization and have an established market internationally. They have been growing rapidly in the United States over the past two years and are looking to continue to build out and expand their services and client base.
Job Description
- Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
- Brand Positioning: Strengthen the company's market presence through brand development and strategic messaging.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns, working with internal team to develop digital marketing, content marketing, email, and social media.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis, industry trend monitoring, and customer insights gathering to inform strategy.
- Product Marketing: Collaborate with scientific teams to develop compelling product and service positioning.
- Partnerships & Events: Manage industry partnerships, sponsorships, and participation in scientific conferences and events.
- Performance Reporting: Measure and report on marketing effectiveness, using data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in strategic marketing, preferably within the life sciences, biotech, or CRO industry.
- Strong knowledge of preclincial service offerings, including in-vivo, mouse models, and drug discovery.
- Strong understanding of preclinical research services and the drug development process.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and marketing analytics.
- Highly competitive base salary and bonus structure.
- Report directly to VP or Marketing & Business Development NAM.

- Be first hire on growing Strategic Marketing team (plan to hire 3 individuals total)
- Work cross functionally with very talented individuals all working towards a common goal.
- Fully remote role anywhere in the US, with only 25% travel required.
