Stonesfair Management LLC is hiring: Community Manager in Roseville

We are seeking a Community Manager to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all leasing, resident retention and property maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the leasing efforts and lease retention
• Approve vendor bills for payment
• Research and obtain bids for property improvements
• Attract and retain prospective residents
• Investigate and resolve tenant complaints and inquiries
• Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
• Supervise and train property staff/maintenance personnel.
• Enforce property and company policy and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory experience in property management or other related fields
• Familiarity with fair housing/multi-family housing
• Ability to build rapport with tenants
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of AppFolio/Yardi, MS Word and Excel
