As Community Marketing & Tradeshow Manager, you’ll lead the charge in promoting the Kammok brand through tradeshows, local events, and community engagement. This role combines boots-on-the-ground marketing with creative storytelling, giving you the chance to make an impact while exploring new places.

This position reports directly to the President/Chief Revenue Officer and is an active contributor to the greater Kammok team.
Key Responsibilities:
Tradeshow and Event Management:
- Travel across the U.S. to represent Kammok at industry tradeshows, outdoor expos, and key events.
- Oversee all tradeshow logistics, including booth setup, breakdown, and lead capture.
- Organize and execute local activations to increase awareness and foster community connections.
Community Marketing and Partnerships:
- Build relationships with ambassadors, influencers, and retail partners to amplify the Kammok brand.
- Develop and execute strategies to engage customers in-person and online.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging social media content, recaps, and live event updates.
Brand Storytelling and Content Creation:
- Capture moments at events and tradeshows to tell compelling stories that resonate with our audience.
- Manage event-focused content across social channels and work with the creative team to showcase our presence.
Operations and Logistics:
- Manage transportation and logistics, including towing and driving a Kammok-branded trailer and vehicle.
- Ensure smooth coordination of inventory, booth materials, and displays before and after events.
Qualifications:
- Passion for the outdoors and enthusiasm for Kammok’s mission.
- 2+ years of experience in event marketing, tradeshows, or community engagement.
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and track marketing events with strong organizational skills.
- Experience managing content creation and social media during live events.
- Strong relationship-building skills with partners, influencers, and customers.
- Comfortable driving and towing trailers (valid driver’s license required).
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bonus: Experience with email marketing tools and project management software.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
- Availability and willingness to travel for tradeshows, marketing events, etc - 75% off the year on the road.
- Excitement to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable driving and towing trailers (valid driver’s license required).
- Experience creating content for social media: Instagram, YouTube, Facebook.

- This job is located at our HQ in Dripping Springs, TX with flexibility to work from the road (when traveling) / and 2 days a week at home (when not traveling). We understand this role requires balance and will give the right consideration for home time to make this a fun and rewarding experience for the right candidate.
- Living near the office/warehouse is necessary due to tradeshow assets pickup and drop off
