What You’ll Do:

Design Excellence:

• Create compelling graphics, layouts, and designs for digital signage that align with clients' branding and messaging.

• Develop custom templates and content that showcase creativity and functionality.

• Stay up-to-date with design trends and apply innovative approaches to enhance visual storytelling.

Customer Collaboration:

• Work directly with clients to understand their design needs and vision.

• Provide expert advice and recommendations to ensure client satisfaction.

• Revise and refine designs based on client feedback while maintaining high-quality standards.

Content Management:

• Manage and organize design assets for easy access and reuse.

• Collaborate with the customer success and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of designs into digital signage systems.

• Maintain brand consistency across all projects.

Knowledge Sharing:

• Contribute to internal resources by creating design guides and templates for clients and team members.

• Share insights and tips to improve design workflows and processes.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a digital or SaaS environment.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and concepts effectively.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines with ease.

• Experience working with digital signage or motion graphics is a plus.

• A customer-first mentality and a passion for creating impactful designs.
