As an Automotive Repair Service Advisor, your shift starts bright and early at 7 AM, greeting customers with a smile and discussing their vehicle needs. You recommend services, ensuring every conversation is documented clearly. Hitting your weekly goal of 62% gross profit on parts and labor is key—and it unlocks bonus opportunities!

Throughout the day, you juggle tasks like processing credits instantly, managing invoices and repair orders, and keeping accurate client files. The environment stays professional thanks to your commitment to a clean workspace and client lounge. What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Proficient in Windows-based software and automotive store applications
• Strong client care skills with the ability to assess needs and provide positive solutions
• Motivated to drive new sales and expand business opportunities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with R.O. Writer
• ASE Certification
