Position overview:

The University of Tulsa is seeking a talented and experienced

Graphic Designer

to join the Office of Strategic Marketing and Communications team. This role will focus on creating high-quality print materials, including magazine layouts and direct mail pieces, as well as digital assets for our online platforms.

Responsibilities: Design and produce a variety of

print materials

such as magazines, brochures, flyers, and direct mail pieces. Create compelling

digital assets

for website, social media, email campaigns, and other online platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team and campus partners to develop design concepts that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies. Required Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field. Proven experience in print and digital design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and ability to handle a variety of design styles. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Skills

Experience in magazine layout design and direct mail pieces. Knowledge of digital design best practices, including responsive design and email design. Familiarity with web design and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.

Physical Demands

Sitting for extended periods of time. May need to lift boxes of materials.
