Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Senior Visual Designer to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. Join our dynamic Web Experience team, working at the forefront of new experiences for our customers in search, maps, advertising, and news. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape the mobile experience through innovative design solutions, collaborating closely with product partners and engineering teams. With a focus on creating visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces, you'll contribute to key projects, develop visual design concepts, and implement prototypes.

In this role you will:

• Design interaction flow and "look and feel" of mobile experiences
• Develop visual design concepts and share them with visual system designers
• Implement or design prototypes and assist with presentations
• Collaborate with other design teams on shared ideas

The Ideal Candidate

Required Skills:

• 5-7 years experience with Figma proficiency
• 5-7 years experience working within a large company or organization
• 5-7 years experience with high-quality visual skills and portfolio

Preferred Skills:

• Strong understanding of UX principles and web/mobile interaction patterns
• Proficiency in Figma and other standard design software packages
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under deadlines
