Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Animator to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This role offers an exciting opportunity to create compelling, real-time character animations for a renowned franchise in the gaming industry. Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality, real-time, mocap-based biped animations and state machines.
• Collaborate with Tech Art to implement animations and state machines in the engine.
• Work with the Cinematics Lead to prepare shot lists for motion capture.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to deliver engaging character experiences.

The Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years’ game animation experience or related entertainment industry experience.
• Experience working with motion capture data; experience with Movella Xsens.
• Demo reel demonstrating an understanding of grounded, realistic human movement.
• Strong understanding of the principles of animation and creating believable characters.
• Strong knowledge of 3D animation packages.
