Job Description

Service Broadcasting is offering a career opportunity with KKDA-FM (104.5) and KRNB-FM (105.7) in Dallas/Fort Worth. This is an exciting challenge in the advertising industry.

We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with strong relationship and communication skills. The successful candidate will build and maintain a client base of advertisers who buy advertising on radio, television, cable, and the internet.

This sales position requires:

1. Prospecting
2. Monitoring competitive media
3. Setting face-to-face appointments
4. Developing new accounts
5. Servicing existing advertising accounts

In the process of marketing and partnering with our clients, this person will be responsible for:

1. Conducting needs analysis
2. Consulting with management
3. Proposal development
4. Presentation and closing

We need a sales professional who can sell ideas and solutions. They will meet with business and/or advertising decision-makers to sell radio advertising. Some situations may require experience with advertising agencies. There is excellent growth potential.

Salespeople are expected to develop and prepare their own presentations. Excellent computer skills are a must. A college degree or comparable experience is required.
