LoopNet, the most popular place to find a space, is the #1 global commercial real estate marketplace. As a Sales Executive with LoopNet, you will be part of a growth-oriented, innovative company and represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions.

Responsibilities

  1. Relationship Management: Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor.
  2. Business Development: Prospect new clients to drive sales and close new business.
  3. Teamwork: Partner with colleagues across the LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
  4. Business Industry Acumen: Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies and commercial real estate.
  5. Customer Focus: Develop strong client relationships through outstanding customer support and regular communication.

Basic Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited not-for-profit University or College.
  2. A minimum of five years of successful sales and account management experience within commercial real estate or selling digital advertising or marketing solutions.
  3. A track record of commitment to prior employers.
  4. Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.
  5. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  1. Success in building long-term relationships and business partnerships.
  2. Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
  3. Regular access to an operational motor vehicle.
  4. Ability to adapt to changing situations in a high-growth company.
  5. Self-starter who can work independently and within a team.
  6. Bilingual in Spanish and English.

This position offers a base salary of $80,000 and includes a generous commission and benefits plan.
