Job Description

As a Sales Associate with LoopNet, you will be part of a growth-oriented, innovative company and represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with the world’s top owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online.

Responsibilities

  1. Relationship Management: Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on all matters related to their strategic marketing plan.
  2. Business Development: Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s extensive property data to drive sales and close new business.
  3. Teamwork: Partner with colleagues across the LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
  4. Business Industry Acumen: Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies and commercial real estate trends.
  5. Customer Focus: Develop strong client relationships by delivering outstanding customer support through regular, value-added communication.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited not-for-profit University or College.
  2. A minimum of three years of successful sales and account management experience within commercial real estate or selling digital advertising or marketing solutions.
  3. A current and valid driver’s license (or the ability to obtain a driver’s license prior to start date) is required.
  4. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Success in building long-term relationships and business partnerships.
  2. Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
  3. Regular access to an operational motor vehicle.
  4. Self-starter who can work within a team environment and independently.
