As a Sales Executive with LoopNet, you will be part of a growth-oriented, innovative company and represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with the world’s top owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online.

Responsibilities

  1. Relationship Management: Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on their strategic marketing plan.
  2. Business Development: Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s extensive property data to drive sales and close new business.
  3. Teamwork: Partner with colleagues across LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
  4. Business Industry Acumen: Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies and commercial real estate trends within your specific market territory.
  5. Customer Focus: Deliver outstanding customer support through regular communication, sharing market insights, and offering solutions that help clients achieve their goals.

Basic Qualifications

  1. A completed bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit university.
  2. 4+ years of successful full-cycle sales and account management experience in a B2B environment selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, financial securities, business intelligence or data & analytics.
  3. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in an environment emphasizing customer experience.
  4. Current and valid driver’s license with a satisfactory Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  1. Success in building long-term relationships and business partnerships with clients at a senior/C-Suite level.
  2. Ability to analyze data, build out reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data, trends, and performance metrics.
  3. Regular access to an operational motor vehicle.
  4. Ability to adapt to changing situations in a high-growth company.
  5. Self-starter who can work within a team environment and independently.

This position offers a base salary range of $80,000 based on relevant skills and experience, in addition to commission opportunities and a generous benefits plan. We welcome all qualified candidates who are currently eligible to work full-time in the United States to apply.
